Is it effective to use a 10 cup coffee maker for making 16 oz of coffee at a time?

I s? What make 2 cups at a time but I really like the look of the models m? S great. ? Being? p? waste of time and effort to such use a major manufacturer? Does anyone has tried this?
The answer is maybe.
Each cup is the equivalent to 8 ounces. So if you drink 16 ounces, then what I suggest is to make a a quarter of the coffee maker which is about 20 ounces.
