My Wife says the guy talking in the video comes across like a very angry man, and somebody who really needs to switch to decaf.
@JuraianKnight It might be worth a try the scoop is more coffee tha I would normally use for 14 oz

Can you get more than one 14oz. cup out of a scoop or is it pretty much spent after brewing?
Making coffee at home? HMMM who would have thought? lol
You need to make your own coffee blend. Other brands have “Strong and Intense” and stuff. Yours should be “Straight up BEAST blend” or “Mocha choca frappa WHATEVER!”
How about some decaff?
I’m sold and amazon has it on sale for under $50.
